boyfriend and I wanted to try this Indian restaurant next to our place. Our waitress was friendly and patient with our selection. I ordered Butter Chicken and my boyfriend ordered Shrimp Curry. The food arrived quick and it was served hot. We enjoyed our food, it was filled with flavors, spices and the aroma was amazing! My recommendation for the nann bread, "garlic bread." Their serving size is enough for one person to two people. Their pricing isn't too bad, it averages $10 a plate.
I believe they have a buffet on the weekends. I haven't tried their buffet yet, but when I do, I will definitely update. -

This place isn't bad. The buffet has a lot of options, but I felt like the flavor was okay. The Butter Chicken is a little too creamy for me. The chicken is also on the dry side. I think they use Tandoori Chicken for it, so that could be the reason why. I liked their Tikki Marsala and Vegetable Rice has a lot of flavor and seasoning. Their Curry Chicken isn't bad either.
Service is good and they are also pretty clean...
EXCEPT the baskets that the Naan came in was pretty dirty. It doesn't look like they wash them at all. I was trying to keep my Naan from getting cold so I tried to wrap it with the parchment paper and saw the rims of the basket covered in dirt or dust? Whatever it was, it grossed me out. -

Not impressed with the lunch buffet that is offered here. Came on a Saturday and the selection was very limited compared to other places that do a lunch buffet.
The choices were very limited, few curries, white rice, basmati rice, some fried desserts, some soups...that's about it.
The service was a bit slow, only 1 waitress working the entire dining room. They need another person working.
Overall, I'm not sure if I'd return or not. -

This has been my favorite Indian restaurant in Stockton. It's probably the only one between Stockton and Fresno that actually has South Indian food that hasn't been tempered with by North Indian food. The owners and the staff are really nice. It used to be my regular lunch spot when I was in Stockton. Now I have to wait when I'm in or near Stockton to get my South Indian fix.

I've come to this restaurant a couple of times and though it's not the best Indian food I have had, it definitely satisfies my cravings.
More often than not, I will order take out through the Yelp app near the end of my work shift then head over once I'm out. My order is normally ready by the time I arrive (about a 5-7min drive) and I'm in and out of there within 5 minutes.
I was able to find the time to come during lunch hours and enjoy their buffet. Overall, the food was good during the buffet and was topped off multiple times during my stay so the food stayed fresh coming out of the kitchen. During the lunch buffet they also include naan in your visit
